When you purchase the annual, prepaid service contract, you are paying in advance for service, with parts billed in addition to and separately as needed. If you do not use any/all of your contracted hours during the annual contract, there is no refund of unused hours, so it is to your benefit to call us when needed. If you use all of your hours prior to the end of your contract year, then the contract is considered fulfilled and you will need to subscribe to another prepaid annual service contract, or pay the open hourly rate.
All on-site service calls will be deducted from the remaining contract hours at a minimum of one hour, followed by ½ hour increments.
Emergency response (technician on site within 4 hours) will be deducted at 1.5 hours per hour.
After our regular business hours, Saturday and Sundays/Holidays will be deducted as follows**:
After hours at 1.5 hours per hour, Saturdays and 2 hours per hour, and Sundays/Holidays at 3 hours per hour.
All telephone based technical support is billed in 15 minute increments. Calls lasting 5 minutes or less are not usually billed.
*Our regular On-Site business hours are 9:30am to 6:00pm Monday through Friday.
**However, if mutually convenient, and pre-scheduled, most services can be scheduled after hours or on Saturdays at a 1 to 1 hourly rate.
