We are always making changes and additions to our products and services. The availability of newer technology has changed the way we all use computers and the internet. Even home computers can connect at speeds that would have been unheard of only a few years ago, allowing individuals to work from home via VPN (Virtual Private Networking). Most small offices have networked their computers together, many with servers, and even home computers are being networked together to take advantage of the newer faster internet access. The new Wireless technology will make it easier to network computers together without running cables. Home networks will especially benefit from this technology. Business environments with remote systems, such as warehouse locations, can be more easily, and inexpensively, networked.

We have Service Contracts and tiered structure of fees based on the level of service provided.

  • Standard Computer Service: Service to an individual computer, such as replacing a video card or troubleshooting a software issue or a Virus that is not network related.
  • Network Computer Service: Service on a computer connected to a network, where the problem is related to the computer's network connectivity, such as setting up a home or office peer to peer network, fixing a computer that can't be found on a network or that isn't using network resources correctly, or a problem with a network component.
  • Server Computer Service: Services related to a File Server itself, such as a server with a hardware problem or software that is causing the network not to work correctly.

All levels of service can be done on-site or in-shop, however, network related services and server services are usually done on-site. Service contracts can be obtained for all levels of service, depending on your specific needs. Contracts are for a block of hours at a reduced hourly rate. We also have fee ratios based on response time. We will always get to you as soon as possible, usually within 24-hours unless a later date is mutually agreed upon.

  • Emergency response less than 4 hours and after hours*, at 1.5 times the standard rate.
  • Non-scheduled* Saturday at 2 times the standard rate.
  • Sundays and Holidays at 3 times the standard rate.

If you have a service contract, the hours will be subtracted based on these ratios.
